For now that is.

Yet these past few weeks it's been anything but that.

Here in the British Isles...

We have begun the descent into the abyss.

Our NHS doctors now must ask men if they are pregnant.

They don't mind.

After all they never said anything while injecting for money a few years ago. So they don't mind at all turning a blind eye to what they know is biological truth...

The extra money is very welcome.

It buys you a place to live where no militants crawl your streets.

A place where it is still safe to walk as a Jew or a Christian.

If...

You don't wear a Cross or a skullcap (Kippur) that is.

Do that and you are the trouble.

Meanwhile Hamas lovers and their brethren "Gays for Gaza" fill the land with marches proclaiming...

"From the river to the sea Britain will bend the knee."

Except for me and my house...

And you and your house.

With all the redeemed of the LORD…

WE SHALL SERVE THE LORD

THE LORD GOD OF ISRAEL

Love the Word of GOD saint.

Fire up the prayer tower.

Tell everyone. Jesus is coming back.

PS Our blessed future grows ever brighter…

Once after crossing the border into Mozambique with my Dad and a political prisoner…

We stopped for a spot of lunch.

Simple enough.

For Dad...

Aware of the rather tense nature of our mission (plus on account of the blazing midday heat) wisely called us to step aside into a shady hollow.

And so…

Sardine-like, soaked in sweat we slid out of the transporter into the roadside eatery nestling quietly below us.

Well worth it.

Plus inside the brisk ceiling fans and cool cement floors were bliss!

So far so good.

And after suitably reviving fare, everyone started relaxing a little.

Until a while later...

As a plain clothes officer and I walked back to the vehicle... shouting erupted from the little restaurant behind us.

Seconds later Dad tore round the corner purple with rage…

Vamoose!

Our prisoner had simple vanished into thin air.

Like a leaping Thomson gazelle...

He was long gone!

UNBELIEVABLE.

Dad was livid.

Inching our slow bumpy way back up to Malawi, I knew he’d catch it from his bosses. After all it had taken months to round up this fellow.

Eek!

We never spoke of this sorry blip on his resume after this.

Funny what you recall from youth eh?

That aside…

My point is simple.

Be vigilant overcomer.

You finally broke through. You won a battle.

You captured your foes...

Hallelujah!

Now press home your advantage.

Secure your new position in Christ.

And make double sure to sling those demons in prison.

Make sure of it. JAIL THEM SAINT! Don’t let them get away.

Don't sit down and relax until they are in chains.

The angels of GOD will help you. They are waiting for your request to go to GOD so that they may do what you ask Him to do. They will enforce what you agree with Father on your behalf.

You have a royal mandate to do so…

Then after celebrating your win—immediately get back to it again...

More vigilant in prayer.

Fasting. Praying. Sing. Sing. Sing…ing.

24/7/365. Rinse and repeat.

That was the difference between Davids rise and the fall of Saul.

Saul let the enemies of Israel go.

David didn’t.

My spirit has been much exercised these past three weeks.

So…

On the eve of Israel entering full blown war with Hezbollah I thought the following may prove helpful to clarify matters.

(Especially if you have ever been confused, saddened or enraged by what is happening in the Middle East).

That said I must flag this in advance, this article may ruffle some feathers.

Because in this piece we will unveil who God’s two sons are.

Why?

Because GOD says He has two.

(Yes saint… this is controversial :)

Anyhow.

On to the Last Word on the Middle East.

Did you know…

That a song is actually the last word on the Middle East?

It’s true.

And it is called…

The Song of Moses

Remember too (strangely),

It’s a song that we Christians will sing.

The Book of Revelation…

Further also notice there are two songs we sing among the angels…

• The Song of Moses.

• The Song of the Lamb.

We can discuss the song of the Lamb later.

Now though,

Let’s be 100% clear.

In heaven…

Loud and clear, with triumphant accompaniment… the song of Moses will be sung big time by the saints.

“Er… okay Dave… so what?”

I will answer you with two questions…

1. What the heck is some ancient old hymn by Moses doing being sung in this ‘Christian’ praise meeting to honour God and His Son, the Lamb of God?

2. More important still—What is IN the song of Moses anyway? What lyrics will be sung on the sea of glass, accompanied by harps?
   

Well…

Here is the actual song that will be blasted across the whole of heaven against the backdrop of the bowls of wrath and plagues being poured out on the earth (Rev 15. Rev 16)

Note carefully the lyrics of this song…

Powerful song eh?

Yet by zooming out to Exodus even wider, allows us to see more clearly.

Which begs the question…

Why did GOD decimate the nation and slay all the firstborn of Egypt, including Pharaohs son back in the day?

I suggest overcomer…

That because as a concerned Father GOD saw,

Pharaoh and Egypt brutalising ‘His son.’

For He Himself says…

ISRAEL IS GODS SON*

And WHEN exactly did GOD say this?

Oh yes…

That time He came and RESCUED ‘His son’ from the horrors of Egypt.

Which is exactly why all that stuff in Exodus above kicked off in the first place.

Okay, drawing all this together what does it all mean to Christians (and Gentile ones on the whole) like you and I?

Simple.

Messing with God’s son…

(I do not mean HIS SON JESUS this time. I mean Israel… His ‘other’ son).

Is a REALLY big deal.

As GOD says in Exodus 4:21 above His ‘firstborn’ is Israel.

Yet…

It get’s way deeper.

Flip ahead from Exodus thousands of years ahead right up to the eve of Armageddon (oh my… seems we are here already!)

We see this very same ‘repeating picture’ pop up!

And so very soon, it shall happen once more…

That when all the nations decide to ‘mess with God’s son’ again (ie Israel) GOD will act. He will not delay. He will step in big time.

And He will rescue him.

Yet…

How exactly will GOD rescue Israel?

He will send His OTHER SON, His Brother

The One whose Name is above all other names (Philippians 2:9)…

Yeshua Hamashiach to deliver Israel from all those nations attacking him.

Jesus will fight them from the Mount of Olives. How amazing :)

Yes, it’s true forever.

The Great GOD. Our Father in Heaven…

The only wise and true GOD will send His all conquering Son, Jesus Christ the saviour of the world. King of Kings. And Lion of the Tribe of Judah.

To rescue His other son and Jesus’s brother…

ISRAEL.

Here’s proof of what I claim…

So we see…

Indeed it is a very painful time for Israel. Half of Jerusalem shall be taken. (A very bitter chastisement for the ‘firstborn’ family of His chosen nation).

Yet, it’s all for a reason… to drive them back to GOD.

To turn them back to their Father so they call on Him to send the Messiah to come and save them.

Their ‘self strength’ gone they will have to turn back to GOD.

The GOD of Israel.

And so,

God will allow the enemies of Israel to get to the point of almost thinking they can destroy Israel at last.

UNTIL…

Just when all hope seems lost.

And it appears those ‘pesky’ Jews will finally get wiped off the pages of history. A people no more.

Then and only then, none other than…

JESUS! WILL COME AND DELIVER THEM

GOD has a plan. And it will not fail. It was already written thousands of years ago.

He will send His other Son… to rescue His very own brother… ISRAEL!

What a stunning turn of events!

So to finish things up dear one.

GOD never lies.

As you read yourself in Exodus, He says Israel is ‘My son.’

Do you think He will abandon His son to the wolves beginning to surround Israel even now?

If He did, what kind of Father would GOD be?

Not our Father in heaven for sure.

NEVER.

No.

Which is why dear saint…

The last word on the Middle East is a song.

The Song of Moses. For this song ties the judgements of the Book of Revelation back to the judgements GOD poured out on Egypt for afflicting His people.

To conclude…

Jesus came back from the dead not just to save you and I as Gentiles…

But so that at the end of time He will return and fight for His brethren… the JEWS.

He was, and is and always will be..

The King of the Jews.

Therefore…

Woe betide anyone who touches His soNS…

Which now, blessed one even includes YOU and me! How cool is that.

We are grafted into the commonwealth of Israel by the Blood of Jesus (Ephesians 2:12, Romans 11:17 :)

May the LORD open your understanding in all these things saint for they will shortly come to pass in the earth.

And it could even happen…

You see them with your own eyes.

May you know them before they come to pass.

PS The LORD comes to judge the earth…

*ISRAEL IS GODS SON: Wayward. Fickle. Unruly. Rebellious (Ha ha, kind of like us ;)

Basically with a similar nature to Jacob, yet by the mysterious work only GOD can do in the human heart, the LORD will see to it that ‘Jacob’ shall be transformed into ISRAEL (A prince with GOD) and so… as Paul says “All ISRAEL shall be saved.”

How cool a story is this?

God sends His Great Son… to rescue His wayward brother!

Kind of reminds you of Joseph and his brothers in Genesis eh? Lol… oh so it does, funny… I wonder if GOD is trying to tell us something?

Stay frosty saint.

The LORD has need of you.

If one thousand years with the LORD is but one day before Him*…

Then what is one soul like?

A thimble of life. Filled with a silver thread of light?

So consider.

Would you be able to work you out if you even had one thousand years to do it?

For each day the sublime fabric of our earthy carriage is worked out here.

Yet its weave is patterned by a golden cloth above.

Therefore have you noticed pairs are everywhere?

Front and back.
Dark and light.
Start to finish.

And course the biggest pair in all human history…

• The Old Nature.

• The New Nature.

Which more precisely, is your human history.

Hence.

As we are almost halfway through this vital year...

Which nature is ahead in your life now?

For you know well…

The natures (in you) must either be set to work or laid to rest.

• Putting off.

• Putting on.

In short…

Knowing how to put off the old nature and put on the new one is the essential foundation of a disciples daily (rubber meets the road) liberty.

Without knowing this in daily living experience… there is no liberty. Neither will you be able to conquer any demonic opposition either.

Both natures are eternal carriages.

One down to dust.

The second a divine chariot to the stars.

Because simply…

• One nature is broken.

• One is not. It is UNBREAKABLE.

Therefore if you really wish to aim for the stars overcomer…

Why get into a broken carriage at the start of a day?

God forbid.

Instead,

Put on the new nature…

This ‘Jesus’ nature does not sin.

Because…

It is printed EXACTLY like the nature of the Son of GOD who shed His blood to make it so.

Imagine having a nature like that actually inside you.

Well…

God gifted this very thing to you.

See for yourself.

Start as you mean to go the rest of the year saint.

Put the old nature in the grave.

While you fly higher and higher in glory…

In the new.

Jesus is coming back fast.

Make sure you are still ‘more than a conqueror’ when He does.

How true the Word of GOD is to our everyday life.

Take exhibit #1 …

Yet despite valuable lessons from our past afflictions, lessons can still hurt!

For example as I’ve written previously,

When a TV business a dear friend and I set up not long ago went…

KABOOM!

After three years of hard work everything good we’d hoped for was vaporised.

Recalling it still stings me somewhat now.

Of course…

I sought the LORD as to why we suffered such a deathly result.

“Why LORD? All was peace with You in this?

All was a green light to GO AHEAD from You.

All was good. LORD, I know…

You wanted success for us.

Not failure.

So why did everything end so bad?”

Well to answer my plea…

Recently the Holy Spirit prodded me to dig deeply into the background of this…

So now over to Terah.

Who?

Abrahams Dad. (e.g. No Terah, no Abraham, no Israel = no Jesus).

That cleared up…

Here’s what I uncovered.

That Abrahams Dad was impoverished all his life.

Well, that I did not know before!

Did you saint?

I’d just assumed that because Abraham was incredibly wealthy, his father Terah must have been too…

And that Abraham’s wealth therefore was due to his rich family etc.

No.

I was wrong.

Terah was destitute…

Yet oddly Abraham suddenly became rich.

I wondered how though?

(Something else I’d pondered for thirty years).

For Abraham was obviously blessed of GOD with this very blessing below…

Yet.

Where did Abrahams vast wealth (and subsequent wealth of a large portion of the Jewish people down the ages to now) come from?

How did he make his er… money? (Btw if you don’t think money is spiritual saint, well… let’s speak on that another time).

Hmmm…

I will answer that in a moment.

Yet first, this is important…

Jesus points directly to the story I am about to share with you from Second Temple Literature.*

And blessed of the LORD.

It is so MASSIVE…

That once you see it—You will never unsee it again :)

For the riddle Jesus sets us today is very clear.

Remember.

Jesus tells us He sets real riddles right here…

So today…

If you see it. You see it. If not, then no.

Hopefully though you’ll find it as illuminating as I have…

Now the important portion.

Which parable does this remind you of overcomer? ;)

Spot it?

Pretty danged mind blowing saint isn’t it!

Jesus is referencing this VERY PARABLE in our Matthew thirteen parable passage above isn’t He?

“Er… Yes, it does seem so Dave! “

Yes, 100% saint. ONE HUNDRED PER CENT.

As I said overcomer…

Once you see it… you’ll never unsee it :)

Thus.

So far we see…

• Serug = Father of Terah steeped in idolatry (and sorcery) (Joshua 24:2)

• Mastema (Satan like figure. Name meaning ‘hatred’) sent ‘birds’ i.e. Robbers.

• Terah = Idol worshiper. Massive effort. No fruit. No reward for labour. Made destitute.

BTW…

Terah’s name also means…

Wanderer. Delay. Failure.

Abrahams father was a man who wandered. A man who died, unable to cross the finish line and pass on into complete success.

He ended his days having only made it ‘half way there’ to GOD’s will for him, stalling in Haran as the Bible states.

Yet here’s the thing…

By looking at this parable that Jesus references today, we also discover why Terah failed.

Which for you and I saint is incredibly important.

Because..

In order to fix past mess ups (like my failed TV business for example )…

We need to know what caused them, so we can stop them from reoccurring in the future.

Terah never made it out of overwhelming DEMONIC onslaught which plagued his life.

For…

Reading the account above it is clear.

Spirits (ravens) were sent against him to rob all he had. Yet he never learned how to deal with them.

Time and time again…

Just as he was about to reap, he lost everything he’d toiled so hard for.

Why?

He was suffering…

From the horrific effects of ancestral sorcery and idolatry that his father Serug had enmeshed his family in.

Thus even if Terah knew the LORD, he did not know Him deep enough to fight back against the enemy devouring him. Or reverse the torrents of ancestral onslaught that plagued him.

Grim eh?

Certainly,

Yet there is STUNNING NEWS to finish on today saint.

Terah did not know the LORD.

However.

His son…

Abraham certainly did!

And his GOD showed him exactly what to do to reverse the financial destruction sent against his family forever. Then even to go on to prosper him greatly.

• No more wandering. No more delay.

• No more being robbed blind.

• Nor working 24/7/365…

For a bowl of dust.

Nope.

Instead this happened to Abraham.

Which is so cool :)

Did you spot the divine pattern?

Now do you see why Jesus quietly pointed those with ‘eyes to see’ to Abraham via His parable?

And…

I’m sure the LORD will open this last part up to you even more deeply than He has with me.

That said,

My time has gone so to finish here are the key points…

• Abraham watches over his seed FIERCELY. Drives away the ‘ravens’ (evil spirits) before they land. DEFEATS them via divine instruction (against ancestral evil no doubt too)

• After he has the breakthrough. The Divine Template is proven—Goes to help others under demonic poverty, for they were being robbed mercilessly too.

• People began hiring him to defeat the ravens attacking them. He now had a DIVINE system which worked every time.

• He began prospering from all the above… yet His first massive leap in wealth came when he INVENTED a NEW AGRICULTURAL TOOL which HID THEIR SEED FROM RAVENS UNDER THE EARTH.

What an object lesson in how to prosper in business!

This, dear blessed of the LORD is where I believe Abrahams vast wealth began.

As for me,

I have work to do because…

My ancestors were involved in Hinduism, Islam, Sikhism (on my mother’s side of the family)… and Freemasonry on my dad’s side of the family.

So since the intervention of the Holy Spirit to me in all this…

It seems clear that certain aspects of our families past ancestral involvements are still ‘live’ when it comes to aspects of my business and financial affairs.

Work to do saint.

Indeed,

And so it is with us all. We all have work to do.

Yet it’s worth it, for as we work with Him, so He shall perfect us in the image of His Son.

And we shall be perfect.

Even the grot bits ;)

Though let’s ignore the ‘dark side’ of rewards for now.

And happily splosh into a divine fountain of wealth.

Including (should you dare believe it)…

Silver. Gold. Jewels. Clothing.

Lands. Businesses.

Peaceful…

ABUNDANCE.

For.

Today overcomer.

We are going plundering…

With,

The LORD :)

Which will be fun. Ethical too.

Look at this...

And so it came to pass…

He who does not lie kept His word and delivered His people from an evil Pharaoh.

Yet the LORD did more than that.

Far more.

As well as removing their enemies He REWARDED His people with great wealth…

Yup. Even the feeblest Israelite… got very wealthy indeed.

Quite a nice surprise after so many years of brutal slavery in no doubt.

Why?

The LORD paid back all their years of suffering.

Even including btw…

The blunders they’d made by living ‘high on the hog’ in the glory days when Joseph ran the show in Egypt.

Days when it seemed abundance was permanent. And the limitless surpluses pouring into their coffers because of their elite status would not stop.

Elites who…

• Paid no tax—No upper limit prosperity.

• Got so rich they could afford kids… lots :)

• Had the best real estate in Egypt.

• Pretty much ran the politics.

Thing is that was all very good…

Except.

Did they have the character to handle the wealth poured so lavishly into their lap by Pharaoh?

Or were they seduced by it and the gods of Egypt…

And outstay life in the superpower.

Maybe they forgot…

The key to all the wealth they enjoyed

Was the character of Joseph wrought in him by the character of the GOD he loved.

A character which Father had to test in Him before He released the blessing in and through him.

And all it’s attendant wealth, freedom, joy and liberty.

And LOVE, marriage and children too btw ;)

Because honestly saint…

Attaining his high calling wealth and status proved a brutal path for Joseph…

Which brings us nicely to GOD’s plan for your plunder overcomer.

Here you go…

Because…

It’s laid up for you saint.

Hence the only question left to ask is this…

‘Am I righteous?’

So with that in mind get busy saint.

COMPOUNDING it.

Until your portion of the vast wealth ‘laid up’ for you arrives…

Keep compounding,

Your,

Righteousness.

It’s the only currency which works here. Now and into eternity…

Cast off the works of darkness. Keep living right.

Your light will come saint. Endure. Overcome. Conquer.

Your soul will prosper. And your wallet too.

For GOD’s chastening, piercing iron in your soul will have served its purpose to forge His deepest integrity and holy character into you.

And you will go out with JOY :)

Get ready saint.

Astonishing things are about to break in the earth.

The money will fail shortly.

Yet. Be ready.

All you have lost will be restored by our GOD who is faithful to those who love Him. And you will not go out empty handed. Fortunes will exchange before and after.

You are worth too much…

How is it going?

Well I hope.

If not,

Perhaps this has been happening—Some invisible tripwires got triggered without you knowing.

For there is no dispute…

Everywhere has an entrance.

Which could be,

• Gate.

• Door.

• Checkpoint.

• Worship.

• Portal.

• Drug.

Which also may be legal or illegal access points in or out of a place.

So it makes sense…

To every entrance there must be an EXIT.

Plus.

There are entrances and exits in the supernatural realm too.

Take for instance,

Cursed ground.

Scripture paints a vivid picture of what happens once you step on it.

SHECHEM is one example…

Abram arrived in peace there. Jacob did some years later too, yet don’t let that fool you.

Shechem was bad news.

See for yourself…

• Dinah, Jacobs daughter was raped by the son of Hamor there when twelve.*

• The whole town suffered mass slaughter as retribution by Simeon and Levi.

• The sons of Jacob were plundered by Amorites suffering financial loss there.*

• At Shechem Jospeh was kidnapped, nearly murdered and sent into slavery.

• Later it became ‘a city of refuge’ for men with blood on their hands.

So too in our times saint, avoiding dangerous ’Shechem like’ places is crucial.

Sadly,

Before I was saved…

I found this out the hard way.

One evening,

As dusk fell deep in the country, my best friend and I crossed over a gate into a field  (I was eighteen at the time learning about transcendental meditation and not yet a Christian).

Then weirdly a few minutes later… as it grew darker I suddenly broke out in chanting. In a way similar to what Hindus might call a ‘mantra’.

Anyway as I chanted just as all our light went…

To my total bewilderment… ’something’ invisible landed on top of my head!*

THOCKKK!

And,

Then…

OH NO!

Whatever ‘it’ was climbed inside my head. Into me. And on down inside my chest.*

I actually felt it go down inside me, as if I was swallowing something vile.

Either way…

Unfortunately… this ‘thing’ it got in.

Which was terrible news for me.

Yet it was too late.

Without knowing it, out in the countryside…

I had crossed over the threshold of a stronghold of evil

Either the chanting, the hashish we’d smoked, or by stumbling over an area that occultists used for their rituals unknown to us…

Or by a combination of all three I’d triggered the tripwire. This gave the demon permission to enter.

(Remember I was not a Christian at this time).

After that,

Friends said my personality changed overnight.

And not in a good way.

Thankfully though,

By GOD’s wonderful grace…

Two years later I was born again.

And just a week after I was saved Jesus delivered me from that spirit (and loads of others*).

(Please read the account of that nights amazing encounter with the Holy Spirit here—Take special note of how the Holy Spirit of GOD came upon MY HEAD with FIRE*… and then… went inside me! Then  deep inside my chest down to my toes… this time though it was amazing. GOOD, not evil! And then the Holy Spirit drove this spirit (and loads of others too) out in a very powerful way. Read it in chapter 15 here for more detail).

Praise GOD FOREVER!

I am forever thankful that all authority in heaven and earth is given to Jesus!

Remember dear saint…

There is ALWAYS an exit.

No matter what has happened to you. CAN BE FIXED.

CAN BE MADE BRAND NEW.

100% new.

You can and will be healed. You will be delivered.

Only believe and you will see the glory of GOD.

Because here’s the thing…

Dear saint and destined for extraordinary glory before the world even began…

Remember,

There is a door before you to ask at.

Knock and it will open to you. (Matthew 7:7)

Yet that’s not all. God’s will for you is this,

After which…

• You BECOME the GATE.

• You become the DOOR.

• You become the THRESHOLD for God’s glory to others.

For wherever you go, His will is this…

THE GROUND BECOMES BLESSED.

You will become ‘the door of blessing.’

No more Shechem disasters for your life.

All that cursed you will be reversed.

You will be blessed without fail.

Instead for you dear overcomer,

This time is for you.

Now,

Only blessing.

Blessed, holy ground only.

After which Jesus’s nail pierced feet will walk IN YOUR SHOES.

For example.

Two weeks ago,

An old man waved for me to help him cross the road.

He was desperate to get to the surgery and very poorly.

And so I helped him cross safely.

On the other side though…

I asked him if he wanted me to pray for him because he said he was in terrible pain.

And he replied with deep conviction.

“YES please!”

(He was not a Christian and I had never met him before).

So around the corner at the entrance of the surgery, as he bowed his head…

I laid hands on his stomach and prayed in the Name of Jesus

He started shaking as the Holy Spirit began to touch him.

Funny thing is, when we finally got someone to see this man he really didn’t know what to say.

Why?

He told the lady…

“My stomach seems to be fine now??”

(Lol! Yet he’d been asleep 24/7 for two nights before and had awoken with agonising pain in his stomach which is why he went straight round to the surgery to get seen).

To finish up then…

What happened to this old man?

He looked for the door of the NHS surgery to help save his health.

Instead before he got there… the LORD intercepted him.

And he found himself on blessed ground peering across the road…

There…

He saw ‘The Door’ to go through in me

(I am nothing saint. All is Christ. All is for GOD’s glory).

Yet…

Where I walk I claim for Jesus as blessed ground.

And so it is with you saint of the Most High.

Do you know YOU are the answer…

To all cursed ground around you?

It’s true.

Avoid Shechem.

Dwell forever at Bethel (The Gate and House of GOD).

Stay on blessed ground.

You carry the blessing.

The sun is shining…

Finally May is birthing the beauty we’ve longed for all winter.

And in the happy home, blissful calm nourishes us.

Yet…

May springs surprises on us too.

And reminds me to keep this burning thought close…

Because if not, birds begin to fly. Here, there and… everywhere.

Especially when speaking behind someone’s back.

Specifically when the someone…

Is a Jew.

(My… how our sunny outlook darkens eh?).

So yes.

One day I stood full of conviction and instructed a brand new Christian to avoid a certain man* at our Church.

A Jew.

This despite him being well respected in the congregation.

Nevertheless.

I insistent as anything,

Warned this eager to learn newborn saint…

“Yeh, keep away from him, and all that Jewish stuff.

Okay he’s a Christian but er…

He’s, er… just… dodgy.”

Oh dear Alston…

Your rebuke shall be swift.

For it has been authorised from heaven where the Great One, who sees all and defends His servants with clean hands and pure heart…

Will answer you Himself.

Oh dear.

(NOTE: Sometimes GOD hears things from us He should not. Things which upset Him overcomer).

As such I shortly got both barrels.

Because.

One week later I was working in a certain town.

After calling on customers, we lingered in the warm May evening chatting pleasantly.

However, an old lady stood waiting to talk with me.

When she did she asked…

“Are you Dave Alston?”

I answered yes.

So she began…

“Why did you tell a man my son is ‘dodgy’ because he is Jewish?”

Thus as my judgement fell an icy dread swept over me.

Oh dear…

You’re busted Alston—Lock. Stock. Barrel.

Praise GOD for mothers!

Jewish mothers too ;)

And as she took me to task before all,

This scripture leapt to mind…

The bird (or other ‘winged creature’… hmmm… interesting that in Hebrew eh?) took my wicked words straight up to the throne of the King of Kings, LORD of Lords.

Yes to GOD incarnate.

He who is none other than the LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH.

The One seated at the right hand of the Majesty on High. (Hebrews 1:3).

And as we’ve just seen,

He answered me.

Ouch.

Not nice.

Yet 100% necessary to straighten out my antisemitism.

Therefore…

From then on my re-education by the Holy Spirit concerning who GOD really is began.

And just as importantly GOD showed me who HIS FAMILY IS.

The GOD who has named Himself by one surname in particular.

He attaches Himself to one family on earth…

Forever

His Name. His surname too is this…

The God of Abraham. The God of Isaac. The God of Jacob.

Or if you prefer it in snappier format…

The God of Israel.

Hence,

I love GOD for who He says He is…

• Not what I want to make Him into.

• Nor what my theology wants to frame Him as.

• Nor what my Church denomination claims Him as.

I love Him for what His Word says He is.

So as I read it, I agree with it.

And therefore I must agree with what the Apostle Paul says…

The LORD delivered me from antisemitism in the first year of my salvation. He led me to see the (inexplicable) hatred that I’d held deep in my heart toward the Jews.

Praise GOD though he set me free.

Just in time to meet and marry a Jewess who loves Jesus three years later :)

How great is the mystery of GOD.

When the Jews went through the gates into Auschwitz a sign above their heads read…

‘Work Makes You Free’

And when we glorious overcomer,

Enter the gates of the New Jerusalem what will we read?

The great mystery the Apostle warned us not to ignore…

That each gate we walk through is named by each one of the twelve tribes of ISRAEL.

For we gentiles through the Church are ADDED to His family which is Israel.

Lastly saint,

If the LORD GOD Almighty ever abandons Israel, or breaks His promise to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob then know this…

He can just as easily abandon and break His promises to you.

If so why should we believe a word He says?

Replacement Theology is a toxic poison. And a poisonous treachery against Jesus (Who is the living Word), straight from the pit of hell.

Don’t drink it.

For…

Winged creatures stand by, watching for every word, action or misstep they can take to the Law Courts of Heaven against well meaning, yet deceived Christians.

May you ever escape their traps.

Of which Replacement Theology is one of their most subtle.

The LORD just totally blew me away.

Listen…

You remember previously when GOD heard and answered the prayer of a man who requested that He REMOVE the woman who held absolute power over Scotland from office?

And of course our great Father being who He is, in conjunction with His Son and Holy Spirit did just that.

In SEVEN days He removed Nicola Sturgeon from office as First Minister. Pretty wow tbh.

Well guess what?

KAZAAM!

One year on… the LORD just did AGAIN.

This time He didn’t wait seven days…

Woah!

HE ANSWERED and did it in ONE DAY!

It’s true.

The LORD just removed Humza Yousaf from office in the highest position in the land in Scotland on 29 APRIL 2024.

And again, this is all for His glory alone. I knew NOTHING re the politics leading up to it in the news for I had not followed it at all,

But one morning again…

I was strongly led to pray and shout out to GOD for the removal of this man from office.

Doing so…

I prayed an almost identical prayer to the one He answered regarding Nicola Sturgeon!

“LORD, just remove this man! Remove him. Remove him Father in the name of Jesus! You alone set one in power, and you set one down. Remove Humza Yousaf LORD. REMOVE HIM. In the Name of Jesus. Amen!”

Well how about that…

24 tiny hours later

Shock hits Scotland—Ruler Humza Yousaf resigns!

29 APRIL 2024.

Falling on his own sword, he leaves his post.

Here’s the thing saint…

It was the sheer SPEED of his removal when I heard the news next day that literally left me shaking.

The fear of the LORD is our only safety saint.

For…

GOD alone ruleth in the affairs of men.

So, here’s what to take from this.

PRAY.

Understand dear one,

The MASSIVE POWER SOURCE the Lord is increasing in you.

To lift you up into great things which shall shortly come to pass in your life.

This is the surging POWER of the Spirit of the Living GOD in you and really… in a sense it is only just beginning saint…

From your belly flows His living waters.

They will flow where they flow.

It is not your job to dig channels or direct them.

It is your job to GET IN THE FLOW and stand on the ship they carry next to the Captain of your salvation to where they take you.

To one that flowing water will wash them away (Yousaf. Sturgeon et al)…

To the other the water you bring is life and life in all abundance. Water that saves and lifts them up into safety.

Okay let’s wrap this up.

There have also been a whole series of breakthrough answers to prayers come in this past couple of weeks. All extraordinary.

I won’t cover them in detail because they are only just new born. (And others not recorded below actually too)

For as you know—We are not foolish.

We won’t let any evil counter attacks steal what GOD has given us in new birth, so I’m only touching very lightly on these just now. Yet I want to share them for one reason only…

Your prayers are so powerful.

This is the day of HIS power. And He WILL flow His answers to and out through YOU.

Prayer results last two weeks (In addition to Humza Yousaf removal)…

1. Masses of instant healings and deliverances in meetings for a ministry we support. Kudus to their total adherence to GOD’s Holy Word and their huge commitment to prayer and fasting in blistering heat.
   
   (To be clear. We are only praying. Their whole church has serious intercessors. Our addition is tiny, yet the LORD loves the prayers of His saints. Even tiny prayers. All are gathered in and read by Him).
   

2. Over 130 souls came to Christ in same outreach by the Church above.
   

3. Sudden promotion to a young man we’ve prayed for after he’d passed through years of terrible adversity. Now also invited to address key leaders of his industry, yet is still a young man. GOD be praised forever for His unstoppable power.
   

4. The LORD saved a man from death this week. He was an unbeliever, yet last time I saw him he’d said to me (as a joke)…
   
   “You’d better pray for me Dave!”
   
   I said I would.
   
   Part of what I prayed was that GOD would preserve him from death until ONLY his allotted time in GOD came to pass (his health had been bad etc).
   
   Saw him yesterday and he said since we last spoke he’d nearly died by choking on a piece of steak. The ambulance staff said his face had turned blue and he was about to die. He told me he’d given up and resigned himself to death.
   
   And they said if they’d arrived two minutes later he would be dead.
   
   So… now he is listening properly to GOD’s claim over his life.
   
   Save him Jesus!
   

5. Following on from last point. Personal witnessing increasing with power.
   
   Every other day it seems opportunities to witness opening now so easily. Spoke with a Muslim friend as to Jesus really is… NOT just a prophet.
   
   Told him Jesus is the SON OF THE LIVING GOD!
   
   May the LORD bring Him to understanding and salvation in His Son :)
   

Okay,

Really need to get out of here :)

So finally,

The LORD showed me in prayer this morning where a lot of this growth and harvest is flowing out from.

I think it will help you…

It is…

Simply by SAYING OUT LOUD these eternal truths in this prayer here… every single morning without fail.

Speaking out loud is sowing.

Then…

Reaping is what you see above.

May you reap 100 fold this year because you sow for GOD’s glory.

To Him alone.

These are the times we were warned about.

And yet time for great reward too,

CONFIDENT

I’m confident in you.

The future won’t be like the past.

Because you learn the lessons the LORD authorised it to teach you.

So here’s the truth in it’s beauty…

“Dear beloved.

Yesterday’s losses are lessons you learn from.

They are… tiny books of truth given you… so you may see clearly…

And by them you win today.

Study them. They will guide you.

Because by each hard lesson of the day before, your future will appear. It will prosper.

Don’t miss the treasure hidden in their short, twenty four hour pages.

Turn back the page of your life to yesterday. Reflect. Refresh.

Revise and see what I teach you there.

Listen. And you will be secure.”

What follows is a snapshot of the power GOD is packing into you.

Absolutely. Amen. Good eh :)

Anyway…

Six years ago one Saturday morning (quite like this one actually), I took my customary morning air beside the sea. Yet at a weird time for me. Too late (or so I thought).

However,

Once I got to the beach, my spirit urged me to switch course.

So obeying the ALERT, I span round and hurried back up to the road by the shops.

Once there I crossed over to the other side and went into one of those shops.

(A shop I’d never been in before actually).

However.

As soon as I stepped in I knew instantly…

“Uh oh! This is a set up by GOD.”

Because in the shop, seated at the far end of the main aisle was a man looking for all the world, a hairbreadth from death.

His haggard face was a vile yellow colour. Death was torturing him.

And it was too painful to look at.

So at the till I tried to avoid staring at him as we chatted a little.

Yet for goodness sake!

The next thing I know…

The lady on the till pulled me over to the man and introduced us.*

Anyway,

After the briefest of pleasantries I tried to walk to the door.

Except,

The Holy Spirit refused to allow me to leave.

And at the threshold of the shop…

My spirit became so constrained by Him, I dared not step outside.

So there, one foot on the doorstep I struggled with the LORD.

My conscience (and the LORD too) warning me not to leave the man.

My will was screaming in me to leave.

GOD’s will was to stay.

Next thing I knew…

I’d shut the door and was walking back down the aisle toward the man. As I did I asked him with a loud voice…

“Do you want to be healed?”

He was quite stunned. And rightly intimidated by this strange speaker.

By now I was three feet away so repeated strongly again…

“Do you want to be healed?

Because…

If you do. Today, the LORD Jesus Christ Himself will heal you.”

Now this seated shopper was really confused.

So I explained…

“Look. I never come to this shop. Yet the LORD urged me to cross the road and come in today.

He sent me here to find you. To heal you. Today. And you will never forget this day.

Because this is the day when Jesus Himself came to heal you.

Not me. But HIM. He will heal you!

So I ask you again.

Do you want to be healed?

He answered with tears welling up in his eyes…

“Yes please. I do.”

Yet the real tears fell when by GOD’s grace I placed hands on his head in the shop and began to pray. By then tears were cascading down his cheeks.

And…

I did what I had to do.

Cursed the evil disease to death in the Name of the Messiah. Commanded it to die. Mandated that it leave his body harmlessly.

In the Name of the Son of GOD.

And finally commanded perfect health and restoration into his body.

All in the Name of Jesus.

Then left.

Two weeks later I saw the person on the till at Church. *  She excitedly updated me on all that had happened since this strange Saturday morning visit.

She told me (for I did not know what this sickly man was dying from the morning I laid hands on him. Only that he was dying and soon because I could see the spirit of death on him.  The LORD showed this to me within seconds of entering the shop).

Anyway, the ‘till lady’ told me that this ‘yellow’ man…

Had had S_ _ g _ 4 C_n_e_

And given a few months more to live.

Yet by the intervention of the Great GOD.

By His Son. For His glory.

Till lady reported joyfully…

Over the next couple of weeks the man had gone back and forth to the medical consultants and surgeons… only to discover.

Wonder of wonders!

This wretched life snatching disease…

Was GONE!

Not a trace could be found in any area of his desperate, broken down body.

So there we go…

The last I heard of this chap was two years ago.

In good health. Humble. Happily alive.

You do the math.

Given four months to live (give or take)—Yet man lives four years in good health.

However,

The most important thing to take from what you just read is this.

It was NOT ME who spoke to this man that day.

I was not me…

• Who walked by the sea at a time I never normally do.

• That went into a shop I never visit—like ever.

• That took a clammy death sentence off this man and cast it in the sea!

Who healed him to live free forever. No. It was Jesus :)

The man will never forget that Saturday.

He knows Jesus healed him. He knows what the Bible says is true.

That Jesus is alive. That Judgement Day is coming too.

The great Day…

When Jesus will also slay the evil one who spreads all these wicked diseases across the earth.

Just imagine…

That Saturday morning,

For a complete, desperate, lost nobody…

Jesus destroyed the disease that was killing him BY THE SPIRIT OF HIS MOUTH.*

Just as He will destroy the devil on that great Day.

And His same glorious Spirit is in YOU saint.

Recently our Church hosted two different preachers.

The first was Shahid Salim. And here I am four weeks later with a crystal clear memory of his sermon. Unusual eh ;)

Preaching from Colossians 3:12 he opened our Fathers Word to us with such grace to see…

• We are chosen.

• We are loved.

• We are holy.

Then…

Two weeks later a different preacher came. He spoke a lot. Yet emptiness.

Nothing.

Which brings me to my point…

Some people speak in the Spirit. Some don’t.

This scripture explains why…

Isn’t what we just read amazing saint!

Because we see…

The LORD Jesus Christs… MOUTH… has a SPIRIT.

And the Spirit ‘of’ the mouth of Jesus has all power to consume the devil too.

It stands to logic then…

That behind every voice—Some form of ‘being’ must be speaking. Every utterance from the human mouth must flow from a spirit—A human one—Or a ‘spirit being’ one.

This is BIG for us saint :)

Because when we put this truth alongside what John teaches us…

Everything makes perfect sense…

Those words are beyond extraordinary overcomer!

Because…

If Jesus has a ‘spirit of His mouth’ and we are ‘just like Him’ it stands to reason…

IF our spirit is JOINED to Him (It IS. See 1 Corinthians 6:17 NKJV) and we are one with Him and submissive to Him,

Then the spirit of our mouth can also act and be used the same way as His.

The spirit of Jesus speaking life to others, will speak through us to help others for God’s glory.

So why not ask GOD…

“LORD what is the SPIRIT of my mouth?”

Is it.

1. Your human spirit?

2. Unclean spirits?

3. God’s spirit?

Or.

1. A mixture of all three?

2. A mix of two? (If so, which two—You and the LORD, or of you and…??).

3. A single, clear united, holy surrendered voice? (Like Shahid Salim?)

The question makes sense because God’s desire is revealed for you in Psalm 81…

“Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.”

Psalm 81:10 ESV

Having said that…

Should the LORD show you that the spirit of your mouth, is not His but another…

Then ask Him also to show you how to remove whichever spirit/s could be using your vocal cords for their aims. (Either externally or internally—Topic for another day).

And especially ask Him for…

Discernment.

Some spirits are lying spirits. They lie. They pretend to be the LORD speaking. They can even say good things. Yet they are doing so to beguile you.

They can infiltrate and destroy saints and whole congregations if uncovered. And if you don’t discern which spirit speaks through others you could end up in trouble.

For example…

Last week while visiting the Pastor of a different congregation, he recounted a story from a Witch who had infiltrated his church.

Brazen as anything she boldly declared he’d be dead within a year.

And here’s the thing…

This woman was very high up in this particular denominations corridors of power.

She told the minister plainly she was an agent of Satan. And her commission was to infiltrate the ruling echelons of that denomination. (She insisted she and her colleagues had been very successful btw).

So residing in her mouth was a snake…

YET the vicar,

HE HAD THE VOICE OF GOD.

The vicar replied to her speaking the BLOOD OF JESUS against all she said.

Cancelling it all. Breaking it all. Making it all null and void.

FIRE. FIRE. FIRE.

Amen!

Now these years since she challenged him…

She failed. He lives. His congregation thrives.

Why?

Because Jesus ALONE holds the keys of death and hell. (Revelation 1:18). And the testimony of Jesus IS the SPIRIT of prophecy in the mouth of His servant.

So dear overcomer…

Even those with great power cannot overcome you saint when your mouth is consecrated and you are joined to the LORD, spirit to spirit.

It is not you that speaks, it is the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. (Matthew 10:20)

His Word is the hammer that breaks the rock through you (Jeremiah 23:29).

There is a ‘spirit of your mouth’ saint.

May it be Jesus.

When meeting strangers remember wisdom. Doing so can prevent a whole heap of trouble coming back to bite you later.

The New Testament also reveals how it works (both types)

So clearly.

There are two wisdoms…

1. One wisdom is earthly (fleshly) even demonic.

2. The other showers down from heaven. Pure. Peaceful. Gentle.

And so,

To our subject…

Watch who you eat with.

Or who you take counsel from.

When someone speaks, ask yourself...

"What type of wisdom is operating here? Is this advice I hear doing good or harming me? What source is working behind the scene?"

Here’s a (brutal) case in point.

When things ended very badly (or did they?)

Once upon a time...

My newly married wife and I returned from Church to find a man in the house of my father and mother.

In tow were his girlfriend and son.

Now to be clear…

My mum and dad had never seen these folk before... yet they all seemed to be having the best of times.

They’d arrived to carry away a large haul of Dad's free logs.

And so,

Good banter flowing freely, when the wood was loaded into the visitors trailer…

As was my dad’s normal affable nature one thing led to another and he cracked open the best whisky in the house... (he was a Scotsman after all ;)

Then invited them to have Sunday lunch with us.

And here’s the point…

Our hallowed visitor was obviously a very successful man.

A very rich man.

Plus…

It would appear, the life and soul of any party too.

Full of jokes. Full of (my dad's roast) beef.

Stuffed with opinion...

One of which was on the sacrament of marriage.

For when he heard my wife and were only just married, he began to openly deride our happy decision.

That was nothing though.

Because...

When he found we’d just arrived back from a Church service, he vilified us even more for being Christians.

It got worse.

Yup.

Seated at head of the generous Sunday lunch my mother had set before them, he began deriding not just me and my wife…

Worse still he turned his attacks on my dad.

Coarse jokes.

Belittling my dad’s position in life (despite him being a great man, with an important position in London)…

All while boasting his own power, wealth and success.

Anyway,

I wanted dad to speak out.

To defend himself. To shut this pest up. He couldn't though, this chap had an iron grip on the entire room. It was spellbinding.

Of course I was praying.

Yet,

Nothing came.

The LORD did not speak to me.

Which honestly, upset me.

“Lord, why do you have nothing to say? This man openly insults us all. He insults your Church. It's upsetting me to hear him attack dad.

Please speak."

Then after a few more minutes,

My wife whispered gently into my ear…

“Vanity. Vanity. All is vanity." (Ecclesiastes 1:2)

And suddenly…

Whoosh!

The arrow of the LORDS deliverance arrived (2 Kings 13:17).

Deliverance for us... and mum and dad too.

Yet terrifying for this poisonous man.

Terrible for his son.

And shocking for his girlfriend.

Because,

In a flash of light...

The LORD showed me his fate.

And I had no choice…

I interrupted him, but he refused to listen and started arguing. He told me to be quiet and 'stop interrupting his story.'

So, as I said, I had no choice...

I pushed my chair back, stood up and COMMANDED HIM these words...

"Shut up!

Just SHUT UP!

And LISTEN TO ME because I have something very important to say to you. You will hear it from NO ONE ELSE.

After today, you will never ever be the same again.

The LORD Jesus Christ has told me...

This is your LAST CHANCE.

Today,

Whether you believe it or not....

The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY whom you openly mocked brought you here. You mocked not only Him, you mocked my generous kind dad, who set a table before you.

How dare you speak of my dad like that!

How dare you put my mother down?

Now the LORD says to YOU...

This is your LAST CHANCE to change.

LISTEN!

The LORD Jesus has shown me something about you which is terrible. You must take what I am about to say to you very, very seriously indeed...

He had shown me that very shortly YOU WILL DIE.

It is not me that wants you to die.

It is not the LORD who wants you to die...

Nonetheless YOU WILL DIE and shortly too.

There is ONLY one thing you can do about these words you hear now. This is very serious. These words are NOT MINE...

These words are from God. They are not mine.

He alone brought you here to warn you what is coming for you.

And there is only one way out.

Repent of all your ways. Repent of all your sins.

I do not know what they are, nor do I want to know,

But you do, and know this, they are serious enough for the LORD to make you hear His words against you today.

There is only one way out...

Ask the LORD to forgive you.

Believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross in Jerusalem thousands of years ago. Believe that the blood that Jesus shed will wash your sins away.

Believe this by faith.

And then by faith, ask Him also to heal your body and turn away DEATH. Because if you do not, in all seriousness...

You will die.

And it will be soon.

The LORD loves you,

Despite all you have done in your past as well as today in this house.

He loves you so much Jesus died to give you eternal life,

And now...

He pleads with you.

Please repent. And change your ways.

He will help you."

Well,

To say this man, his son and girlfriend were shocked would be to put it mildly.

The girlfriend sat open mouthed. The lad the same.

The man squirmed in agony. And (maybe for the first time ever) was speechless.

As for me,

As soon as I'd delivered what the LORD gave me, I burst out crying stood up and left the table.

In the living room I sat alone crying and crying...

Not because I had done anything wrong.

No.

I was weeping for this mans soul.

He was in such a desperate state. So close to destruction. So perilous.

And next, these such loud visitors...

Got up from the lunch table and left without a word.

The man stumbling out into the afternoon light.

So,

Dear one.

What of it?

What of all this 'Stramash' as we Scots say.

Simple my friend.

Many hold forth as this man did on everything under the sun,

Yet one word from the LORD ends it all.

GOD’s wisdom comes from above,

ONLY.

That's all we need…

Plus a good wife maybe ;)

She heard the LORD that day, not me.

I never would have said anything if she hadn't lit the touch paper.

Without which this person would have been lost forever.

Let’s fear GOD saint.

It’s the beginning and ending of it all…

NOTE: This happened in 1984. I have never spoken to another person in this manner all these years since. I feel it is not how Christians should converse 99.9% of the time. Especially with unbelievers.

There was no wrath in what I said. No malice. Just a room full of the glory of GOD. And a sense of His holy majesty speaking to this man. Quite terrifying actually.

Yet this was all the LORDs mercy grabbing this fellows attention.

Slamming the brakes on in his life and making him listen,

So Jesus could save him.

As Paul puts it...

Above all to do in a day.

This is #1 for me...

Go pray.

Yet I've discovered a paradox by doing so.

That...

While simple is always best for most situations.

This is only true for certain types of prayer.

Why?

Because sometimes complex situations arise which need accurate in depth analysis. i.e. They are not simple to work out.

We need GOD's wisdom in such cases.

After which we may then require...

Almost 'keyhole surgery' type guidance from the Holy Spirit to apply the powerful solutions He gives to help us.

So.

When facing tough problems don't repeat formulaic prayers...

They fail.

Why?

There is no relationship with GOD in them.

Praying this way is like invoking mantras over and over. Firing waves of empty incantations at our kind, patient Father.

Jesus rejects praying like this...

People end up trusting the prayer itself this way.

Not trusting in the LORD.

Himself.

Yet overcomer we know a better way.

When we pray for help...

Our trust is (only) in the LORD who made heaven and earth.

Which also reveals why general prayers work so well.

Remember.

The very Word of GOD made flesh,

Jesus...

After thousands of years planning what to teach the disciples, (in consultation with our Father and the Holy Spirit too)...

Only taught us,

ONE prayer.

So shouldn't we value it?

I'd say so ;)

After all...

Your daily life is laid out in blueprint in it

Here are a few other 'general prayers' to also pray...

1. When faced with choices.

2. When entering GODs presence.

3. When building up spiritual muscle.

1. Helpful when choosing between equally good options...

"Father in the Name of Jesus above any of my feelings, for or against, I choose your will concerning (XYZ) over my own will. I surrender my spirit. My soul. My body to your will in this matter in Jesus Name.

I also surrender my past. My present. And my future to your will in the Name of Jesus concerning (XYZ) Father in all these things.

Thank you Father that you are working through all things together for good for me LORD. So therefore please help me to serve you now concerning (XYZ) Father.

I choose your will now in this in the Name of Jesus.

Amen!"

2. Enter the LORDs presence daily on holy ground...

"Father GOD, in your grace please meet with me now on the basis of the New Covenant.

The covenant that you ratified with me...

In the body and blood of your Son Jesus Christ.

I humble myself under your mighty hand (James 4:10) and ask that you will lift me up into your presence now Father through your mercy and grace.

You are my glory and the lifter of my head Father (Psalm 3:3),

Thank you LORD! I come boldly into your presence through the new and living way now by faith in Jesus Name! (Hebrews 10:20).

Amen!

3. Here we go (The prayer the Holy Spirit taught me. I have prayed it DAILY for over a decade now. It lays a foundation of spiritual strength. Authority and power the enemy simply cannot uproot).

Therefore.

Think of 'general' prayers as foundations. The underlying structure of the house of a strong life if you like. A strong spirit. A clear bright soul (like windows of the house) shining forth light.

And even a strong body;

Because spoken out loud (IN FAITH not simply by rote repetition) these prayers proclaim and agree with eternal truths in the spiritual (and then later can also appear in the physical) realm.

General prayers are established by routine.

After these though…

The LORD bids us step up into a higher way of prayer.

Called,

'SPECIFIC' prayer.

These 'specific prayers' flow through union with the Holy Spirit.

Prayers which get spoken by Him, yet in and then out through your mouth instantly up to Father in heaven—Straight as an arrow.

Pray like this and you know the answer is yours.

Detailed help from GOD will reach you.

Specific, as Jesus shows here...

Jesus tells us 'The Finger of God' is the Holy Spirit in the parallel passage in Matthew 12:28.

Hence,

By entering this way of praying, the Holy Spirit will put His finger on the exact issue He knows you need help with. He will tell you.

When He does, next He will also send you help.

So wait patiently until it arrives...

And so to wrap up.

Real prayer…

Is.

Meeting GOD.

As I wrote previously here dear champion of GOD...

"Go to your cell. It will teach you everything."

The Holy Spirit helps us see things instantly.

Like this for instance.

That in life...

As evening light fails and darkness carries us away,

We slip through it's portal into deep slumber.

Sometimes we sleep well. Sometimes not.

Either way...

After a time the blackness of our night passes.

Then dawn brings us to life again.

And for SIX days this must happen ceaselessly.

Dark—Light. Night—Day.

Because...

According to the Word of GOD,

Every day we have life MUST begin first with night.

The darkness precedes first...

Do you see it overcomer?

GOD starts every day—(light) with darkness in it as well.

Why?

So we have true choice saint.

We are free to choose light or darkness. The LORD even allows the enemy to operate against us,

So too it is clear to every student of scripture.

That life is also a test.

In any given circumstance. What will we do?

GOD wants to see.

Jesus told us how this works too.

That darkness mingles with light each day for a reason.*

Until Messiah arrives...

Then the Seventh Day begins. And we enter the millenium reign of Christ. The 'Shabbat' of GOD on earth with His people.

Praise GOD!

And then...

Darkness never appears again. (Rev 21:22-27)

Night is GONE.

So it is with our dream life too btw.

Principally though...

The sleep realm is a DAILY witness of resurrection afterlife.

Because,

In a vivid sense when you sleep, you enter an experience something akin to 'The O.T. underworld' Sheol (Job 17:13) (Jesus confirms that 'sleep' is death itself doesn't He? (John 11:11-14).

For...

Each morning you awaken,

Is a foretelling of the day of resurrection.

By which the LORD shows to all (saved or not)...

That Judgment Day is coming.

This ceaseless daily, 'retelling' of death, life and resurrection using the simple act of sleeping and rising... is both to warn and to encourage us all of what is just up ahead shortly.

So don't ignore your dreams. They are one of the principal ways the powers of darkness operate against the saints.

We go down into them (as ‘under’ the earth in Sheol).

This area in the Old Testament...

Where though separate,

Communication across the two domains between the wicked and their tormentors and the righteous and their protectors, the angels of GOD seemed to be possible (Luke 16:19-31)

So too dreams work in a similar way.

We sleep.

Good dreams from the LORD arrive.

Yet evil ones are also sent by the powers of darkness. The nightmares which sometimes get through.

All bad dreams must be cancelled immediately. If not you may suffer serious danger and loss saint. So be vigilant and active.

To conclude overcomer...

Your day starts in the night.

What is darkness doing while you sleep?

Are you in peace or not at night?

Either way...

May the LORD strengthen you in His mighty power overcomer.

And may He give you discernment in your dream life to see how the Old Testament picture of Sheol applies to it.

As I said,

He who dares sings.

For if you do here's what happens...

One afternoon last fall... an African Pastor and I with a dear saint over in the Middle East met together on a video call at 2:00pm.

Soon we began praying, then praying louder still. Then singing and shouting our prayers. What a time we had.

Our praise almost took the roof off!

Guess what though?

A week later working up top in my office I heard street children running up and down the alleyway behind our house.

Nothing unusual.

Shouting, playing, giggling.

Only this time... I burst out laughing with them too!

Because...

At the top of their young lungs they were yelling these exact words :)

"STOP in the Name of Jesus Christ!"

Ahem...

Seems like praise is infectious overcomer.

Let's infect everyone we meet with it ;)

Because when we praise,

Clouds of glory kick up all around us. The wind of GOD swirls it where He wishes... sprinkling here. Sparkling there.

And a mysterious scripture opens to us...

And open it does indeed saint.

May the LORD show you the deep truths He embedded in two tiny verses. Mysterious yet incredibly powerful.

Look closer and you will see...

• An Open Heaven life for you here on earth.

• A glimpse into the royal spirit realm (and your angelic guard).

• An escort across the wilderness to your home in New Jerusalem.

The big lesson is this though.

You must learn how to...

Keep an open heaven saint.

And as you've just seen the #1 way to do so...

Is PRAISE.

As a new Christian it was practically the only thing which helped me. I was so oppressed by demons, I HAD to praise.

Praise was the only thing that made them disappear.

For example...

Sometimes it would take me 15-25 minutes of shouting out praises to GOD. Of singing choruses. Of proclaiming His love for me.

And worshipping before him,

Before I could break free of tormenting spirits, into the presence of GOD.

Thankfully I later received deliverance ministry.

And so now it's the easiest thing to enter the Cloud of His Glory.

You can too...

Just sing with a surrendered heart of worship.

And by the way,

A long time before the street children testimony above...

My wife cleared our house from oppression this way too.

For about two years solidly, at dusk she'd go into the garden and sing and worship. She'd often continue after dark too.

And she didn't care who heard either.

In fact...

She sang so gently... (exact opposite of me!) she simply possessed the gates of the enemy!

The powers of darkness could not stand her worship and left.

Then our home became... a sanctuary of peace.

So victor...

If you want salem.

Sing UNTIL YOU GET IT.

May your home be filled with praise every day.

And the fragrance of Jesus saturate it...

That said, did you know that if you are a King, (and you are Rev 5:10) then you are given a GREATER bodyguard than others?

Plus remember, the more you sing the more angels arrive to join in.

They love praise too!

This is what exactly happened btw to the children in the street story.

The LORD and His heavenly hosts arrived to join in…

And the merry band of the Cloud of Glory swept over the kids!

Arresting them in their tracks and changing them instantly.

BAM!

It's true.

Look again at the Song of Solomon passage.

And the spiritual realm will open to you.

"The born again Christians are not known by the Bible they carry always or the many fellowships they attend.

They are known in the spirit world by the light that shines continuously like a very bright candle in the heart... or a circle of light around the head or a wall of fire around them.

When a Christian is walking along, we see angels walking along with him/her, one by the right, one by the left, and one behind.

This makes it impossible for us to come near him/her."

Anyway,

I don't know about you saint.

I mean.

It's great having three angels with protect me,

Yet knowing we Kings and Priests (Rev 5:10) have even more privileges before GOD…

My prayer is that as you realise these things the LORD grants you a royal bodyguard of sixty warrior angels wherever you go!

And remember.

It's up to you.

Ask as many as you like. The LORD will not deny you.

Every day...

Which is what happened to an Ex-SAS* man I worked with.

Sitting in the morning sun drinking milk and sharing a cheese sandwich he related his grim tale to me.

That after parachuting into a Special Op and flying down the clouds and whistling air...

He pulled the life cord.

Only to find,

Rip!

The chute stubbornly refused to open.

And his faithful backup failed too.

It was his strong opinion that...

"There is no GOD Dave! Not now. Not ever!"

However,

I countered that all the proof he ever needed to the contrary was buried in the very story he'd just told me from his own life.

That...

A very real living GOD,

Who loved Him and sent Jesus to die for him.

Snatched him from death that day.

However,

When I quoted Psalm 14 to him he did get upset...

Yet credit to him.

He heard me out and we carried on as friends. Though I must admit. Working with him kept me on my toes...

"Stay frosty."

You never know what is up ahead of you.

And you cannot escape it saint.

Some things just are.

Live ready.

• For good or evil.

• Joy or sadness.

• Life or death.

Many years before, another man fell to the ground too.

He was 100% ready.

James the Just was cast down from the Temple in Jerusalem, stoned and his skull smashed in by a club.

Why?

For praying day and night (In the Temple of course. His Fathers house)...

Which is where they caught and carried him away to glory.

He was a prayer warrior.

And his martyrdom caused a great uproar in Jerusalem because he was known far and wide for his deep consecration to the LORD.

Believers and non believers alike revered his piety.

Yet in all this,

His destiny was martyrdom...

And just as his big brother Jesus,

He did not flinch.

Stay frosty.

Not my will but yours be done.

At all times.

No matter what Father. No matter what!

Love carries me. And I will carry His Name.

On my lips no matter who forbids me.

In Jesus Name.

What do you notice below?

For me it's clear...

The angels of GOD strengthened Jesus in key moments of his life. And thereby helped Him fulfil His mission in triumph.

The same with Mary.

Her mission was powered by angelic intervention too...

Plus in another place Elisha counsels us...

So,

It's evident the LORD views angels as key in ensuring His will gets done on earth. He knows His precious saints need their help.

As such,

How do we enter this flow of blessing—A realm where GOD works on our behalf, often using His angels to secure our way?

Through...

GIVING.

You.

Three ways of giving get you into the flow perfectly.

#1

If you want the mantle of His presence...

Yet you struggle to sense the LORDS presence with you each day, here is a fast way to put that right...

Meet with Him through worship each morning.

Because as we see above,

No praise = NO PRESENCE.

Also.

If I sense something is slightly off. If I seem to have less 'power' in my spirit. If my peace is disturbed or I feel anxious...

Then I might realise,

"Aha! Got it. Sorry Father. I didn't truly worship earlier. Forgive me."

And soon even after singing just a few lines of an old hymn...

The Dove returns :)

For me it's the fastest way into His presence.

So.

Give GOD something.

Sing to Him saint!

Here's a 'FAST' way to help the LORD work with you.

Just,

Fast each week consistently.

The rewards are very substantial...

Therefore if you want to overcome,

And you want a consistent, peaceful walk... studded with answers to prayer and breakthrough—Give Jesus something to work with.

Fast!*

Lastly get out of your comfort zone.

Give Him your FAITH.

Sow in faith.

Therefore...

Do you believe Him?

Because if you want the LORD work on your behalf ... you first... must give Him something to work with.

By believing, not 'feeling'.

And through what the LORD calls...

'The work of faith."

And this type of faith has one big characteristic.

POWER.

Here is the point,

You can't release power unless you receive power.

So...

• Your faith must receive power.

• Then you give out power to others (That way it acts like a dynamo, recharging itself even more. Imagine that—You a divine dynamo!)

A battery can only give power after it receives a charge of power.

St Francis of Assisi describes this 'transformer' process so well...

"Start by doing what's necessary. Then do what's possible. And suddenly you are doing the IMPOSSIBLE."

(BTW this is exactly what happened in chapter five of Gods Big Plan For Your Life. When I called that man back from the dead, it was not my faith that did it! It was Jesus stepping in to bring him back! Halleluyah :)

Which all goes to say,

Give the LORD your weak faith (yes it's tiny)... but sow it anyway... you’ll discover it’s kind of like plugging into an electric socket and flicking on the switch.

Then Jesus will work (flow His Divine 'current') through you.

Which means

He will gift you His FAITH in return for your wee 'mustard' seed variety.

This is true...

'Faith with POWER.'

To conclude...

One of the best ways to give GOD something to work with is by sowing financially.

Sow your mustard seed.

Reap 30, 60, 100 fold by the 'faith with power' principle.

Yet be careful...

When the LORD backs and blesses your work of faith with power and you start receiving what He gives you.

Make sure as heck you guard it.

For Jesus gives.

Yet.

The devil steals. (John 10:10)

So...

Ask the LORD to assign His angels to protect it from the powers of darkness. That way they won't be able to steal what Father gives you.

Be wise. Protect your gains.

If you don't the enemy will steal them for sure.

Which explains all those weird times when the LORD gave you something...

Yet suddenly out of nowhere,

In a puff of smoke...

You lost it.

No more saint.

Don't let it happen.

The LORDS angels are standing by to guard all for you.

May you live and move and have your being in Him saint (Acts 17:28).

Nothing will be stolen from you then will it?

My prayer for you is this...

That your memorial will come before the Almighty. That He will delight in it. And then he will act swiftly for you because like Cornelius you...

Make it impossible for GOD to ignore you :)

Of her being.

Her tender kindness. Softness.

Our care. Comfort. Love.

Provision.

By...

Our belly.

Yet from that point on,

Clutching our umbilical cord in our hands.

We walk as the blind at midday (Isaiah 59:10) feeling our way along the wall to navigate the world in all its harsh beauty.

Our belly aches to find it's connection,

Back to the flow of life again.

And that knot.

Which everyone feels in the gut.

Is a physical knot.

A small button with a big wound.

Jesus has the answer though...

Your first wound in life is recorded in your belly.

Yet it is where your healing flows too.

For when Jesus 'Spake this of the Spirit' above being poured out of your belly with rivers of new life—He was really speaking of His Father.

The only one who can heal you.

Because remember saint...

Jesus did not do the works, the miracles, the signs and wonders stacked up in the Gospels did He?

No.

His Father did.

This is a Dad you can trust 100%.

Jesus trusts Him.

The question is do you?

Every need of yours in life—Physical. Spiritual. Emotional.

Will flow as you spend time in secret with your Father and just as Jesus said it will all flow out of your belly.

Our dearest Abba Father, the Father of all spirits including yours (Hebrews 12:9)...

Will take care of you. Live by Him saint.

Is there any other way?

Our Great Mirror* shone a reflection.

And...

Floating up from it's glassy silvery depth.

And whispered a shining beam of light to us.

So we could both hear and see...

His talking road.

The glory of which is,

Even if you are a fool, on this road you are still welcome.

GOD will still work with you to bring you.

Therefore,

Dear one as you have just seen.

The road keeps you.

It saves you. Not you. Not your worry.

Or fear. Or even fervent, desperate prayer.

Because it is a loving, living, breathing, purifying,

And.

Terrifying road too.

One which terrifies both the wicked ones...

And carnal Christian (Isaiah 35:8, Romans 8:6)

Yet.

It is perfect peace. Contentment and laughter.

Safety and security.

(Proverbs 3:17)

To those who sow to the Spirit as they walk on it (Galatians 6:8).

And this talking road you see before you,

Actually speaks.

Waving to you to hurry along with joy...

And though filled with love, it is harder than any other way.

Which includes...

The path to the top of the hill.

Where we must let go...

And let GOD.

The narrowing, darkening road where you and I go to die. For there our lives get crucified with Christ. We dare not go back.

Or run away. We are too close now.

To Him. His pain. His agony.

His blood. His love.

So saint,

Beyond question,

You are on the most beautiful road of all.

Stay saint,

Stay.

Yesterday when collecting my car from the garage, I spoke with my mechanic about the End of the World.

He does not know Jesus yet.

So,

I explained that I was chosen by GOD before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4) because the Bible said so. And that I was ready to meet Jesus in the air at the rapture. Or in death before.

Because I, and all who love Him will live forever.

He blinked...

"Who does he think he is, 'chosen by GOD?'"

So I said to him,

"Forget about me Mike. I'm irrelevant,

The question you need to answer is this...

Has GOD chosen YOU?"

Taken aback even more, he stuttered a little.

And...

Agreed with me.

I think the LORD sneaked up on him don’t you?

May GOD the LORD save him forever.

What a path of glory we walk on saint.

PS How gracious our Father is, that even the fool is invited up to the highway of His eternal, continual holy victory?

There to be changed by the Spirit of GOD from one degree of glory to another.

No one remains foolish once they experience it.

• You see the road clearly.

• You keep following it (it's a Spirit breathed map).

• The road does not just keep you, it... changes you. It is Jesus—The WAY.

• The road removes your enemies for no beasts can even get onto it.

• You arrive at your destiny in the triumph of Christ.

Other options are available of course. You can keep yourself.

You can go your way if you wish.
